Entity in charge of the processing

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the French law 78-17 of 6th January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the entity responsible for the processing of personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) is the MADIC HOLDING company identified above.

Purpose of the processing

The purpose of the processing of Personal Data is:

to process users’ requests made in the “CONTACT” section,
to process applications made in the “RECRUITMENT” section.

The processing of Personal Data is based on the consent of the people concerned, who have the rights described below.

Personal Data collected is exclusively intended for MADIC HOLDING and/or its subsidiaries, which undertake not to transfer or assign this data to third parties and to use it exclusively for the purposes described above.

Duration of data retention

Apart from the exercise by the person concerned, of his/her right to delete his/her data, personal data will be kept:

the time required to process the request for the “CONTACT” section and a maximum of twelve (12) months,
twelve (12) months after the submission of an application for the “RECRUITMENT” section.

Users’ rights

Any person whose Personal Data is collected has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete Personal Data concerning him or her, and also the right to object to or limit the processing under legal conditions.

Although MADIC HOLDIG endeavours to provide reliable content on its Site, MADIC HOLDING shall not be held liable for any imprecision, inaccuracy, error, omission or lack of availability of information and services.

Consequently, the user acknowledges that he/she uses this information under his/her exclusive responsibility.

MADIC HOLDING reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the content of its Site at any time and without notice.

APPLICABLE LAW

The present conditions are governed by French law.
