    LAFON offers training sessions that allow each participant to join the network of “approved partners”. The STP team (Professional Technical Support) provides field support in France and abroad for a perfect implementation of the projects. At any time of the day, the STP assists installers through remote maintenance.

    TLM provides its customers with a 24/7 support centre. The STP teams provide system and technical hardware & software support, i.e. for both software and hardware. TLM also offers training, operated by its teams, on all the solutions it deploys.

    MICRELEC offers a complete customer service for hardware and software that integrates maintenance & repair activities, multilingual on-line assistance, technical support from 1st to 3rd degree, intervention of roadside technicians (ATR), as well as a training centre.
